Xflow is cross-border payments infrastructure that provides businesses access to global markets, starting with those in India and subsequently other parts of South & South East Asia. We are enabling users to accept and payout money globally in a simple, reliable, compliant, transparent and financially compelling manner.
Building payments infrastructure is hard, and elegantly solving for cross-border payments infrastructure for businesses even more so. The complexity stems from the different changing regulatory requirements of the many countries that we will operate in, building payment guarantees in existing rails (or for that matter, creating a current payment rail altogether) and capturing value in a way where we are net additive to our users.

You will:
- Ideate, define, validate and refine product requirements in collaboration with product,
and subsequently come up with engineering solutions for the finalized product requirements.
- Design solutions for problem statements with a fair degree of fuzziness with the right abstractions and separation of concerns.
- Design, build, and maintain APIs that users can rely on for decades.
- Develop domain models and implement business logic with suitable class design.
- Identify common reusable components as libraries, utilities and services and promote reuse.
- Define critical system and business metrics and alerts to maintain system uptime and business continuity.
- Solve complex problems in an innovative way and deliver quality solutions while taking ownership and accountability of assigned things.
