Job Summary:
The Site Measurement Executive is responsible for taking accurate measurements of spaces for the purpose of creating interior plans. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of architectural and engineering principles, as well as experience with sketchup or computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in civil, interior design or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software and technical tools, including Sketchup, Sketchup Layout, etc.
- 3+ years of experience in interior design
- Experience of Modular Woodwork Concepts.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving both design and
technical challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
● Visiting sites to take accurate measurements of the interior spaces as per the actual site conditions.




● Create interior layouts in 3D using Sketchup based on the exact site measurements
● Communicate with architects, interior designers, and other members of the design team
● Doing cross-measurement and pre-production checks for the designs as per the actual site condition.
● Ensuring that the designs proposed meets the execution feasibility criteria
● Ensuring that all the notified processes and company standards are followed at all the stages of the project.
● Ensure that site masking is done as per the finalized designs
● Ensure that all measurements are accurate and up-to-date
● Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
● Work independently and as part of a team

Department: Design Team
Working Days: Monday to Saturday. (Sunday is week-off)
Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Work Location: Bangalore. Site Visits
