About the Role:

We are seeking passionate Communication Experts and Soft Skills Trainers who can empower early-career professionals with essential workplace communication, interview readiness, and career development skills. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in corporate environments and a strong ability to translate real-world insights into impactful training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging sessions on business communication fundamentals (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- Train candidates on workplace soft skills including professionalism, collaboration, and adaptability
- Conduct resume-building workshops and provide personalized feedback
- Lead mock interview sessions and coach candidates on articulation, confidence, and structured responses
- Guide early-career professionals on stakeholder and leadership communication basics
- Develop training content, case studies,



and practical exercises aligned with industry expectations
- Assess participant progress and provide actionable feedback for improvement

Preferred Background:
- Experience with organizations like Reliance Industries, Tata Group, or other large corporates
- Background in Learning & Development, HR, Training, or Coaching
- Prior experience in delivering soft skills or employability training programs
- Exposure to campus hiring, interview panels, or corporate communication roles
