KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Manage accounts receivable for E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.). ● Handle payment follow-ups with E-commerce partners to ensure timely collections. ● Perform item-wise reconciliation of sales, returns, commissions,



discounts, and deductions. ● Identify and discuss discrepancies found during reconciliations with internal teams and external stakeholders for quick resolution. ● Accurately post Sales, Receipts, Credit Notes (CN), and Debit Notes (DN) in Tally/ERP. ● Monitor receivables ageing and highlight overdue cases for timely escalation. ● Support monthly closure activities and ensure accuracy in revenue recognition and reporting. QUALIFICATIONS: ● Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field. ● 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG sector. ● Proven experience handling Accounts Receivable for E-commerce channels. ● Proficiency in Tally ERP (knowledge of SAP/Oracle is a plus). ● Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to detail. ● Effective communication and negotiation skills for payment follow-ups and issue resolution.
