To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Technical Business Developer - Capsules within the Health and Pharma Solutions Commercial team This position will be located in Mumbai.

Their mission?
Provide technical expertise in hard capsule technologies, with a strong focus on enhancing hard capsule performance and developing value-added applications with the customer. Ensure customer satisfaction regarding technical support by optimizing our product’s performance within the customer’s production process, including development, monitoring, and issue resolution. Identify market opportunities within the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sectors,



while serving as a key liaison between Roquette’s R&D;, TS&D; and Sales functions.

Your experience and talents will make the difference to:

1. Technical/ Scientific Support
- Serve as the subject matter expert in hard capsule technologies, advising customers on capsule selection, performance, and product current functionalities.
- Act as a bridge between customer requirements and internal R&D; stakeholders to address complex technical challenges and ensure relevant and competitive solutions.
- Conduct technical advisory visits to assist clients in optimizing the use of their filling machinery with Qualicaps capsules, providing guidance to maximize efficiency and product compatibility aiming to minimize incidents and product returns.
- Respond promptly to client-reported incidents by analyzing production processes, troubleshooting issues, and determining appropriate protocols for effective resolution.
