Capgemini is seeking a skilled Temenos Triple'A Plus (TAP) Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in bridging business requirements and technology solutions within banking and financial services projects, particularly focusing on Temenos TAP implementations and enhancements. We’d particularly like to hear from you if you have experience working in TAP Wealth management solution. You will play an active role in defining our practices, standards and ways of working, and apply them to your role. Our Banking and Diversified Financials practice helps clients shape,



define and deliver banking transformation initiatives across the entire span of the organisation (front office to back office). This encompasses driving process improvement and process digitisation to enhance customer experience and delivery straight-through digital processing and self-service across the bank.
Key areas of focus are around wealth management, payments, structured products and money market products. Working closely with clients, product owners, and technical teams, you will gather, analyze, and document business processes and requirements to ensure successful delivery of banking software solutions aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provision of specific TAP expertise to enable delivery teams
- Gather requirements from the Business and work, document them with work with the TAP technical teams to translate the end user requirements to application/system requirements
