Job Role : Accounting Expert ( Zoho Books )
We are looking for an experienced individual with expert skills to manage financial and oversee financial transactions.
Responsibilities :
- Should be able to utilise in-depth knowledge to manage all aspects of company accounts such as invoicing, payments and expenses, payments and expenses within Zoho Books.
- Should have a strong sense of attention to detail to ensure safety of company data.
- Knowledge on Tally Prime, Zoho Books
- Should be able to update financial statements and assist in Budgeting and Forecasting processes.
- Generate and Analyse Financial Reports using tools on Zoho Books.
- Needs to stay updated on changes in tax regulations,
accounting standards to ensure compliance and recommend process improvements.
- Should be able to perform month-end and year-end closing procedures including reconciling accounts and making adjustments as needed.
Required skills and Qualification :
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven accounting experience in Zoho Books
- Ability to Communicate effectively and work well in a team environment as well as individually.
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills

Work Timings and Leave Policy
- Monday to Saturday ( 10 AM - 6 PM )
- Office Location: Vasai West, 401202
- Post probation 24 Paid leaves are allowed a year, which includes a compulsory 4-day block leave for self-care.
