About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team on outsource payroll. The candidate will support day-to-day business operations, coordinate with internal teams, maintain records, and assist in achieving departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operational and administrative activities.
- Maintain and update reports, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders for smooth workflow.
- Handle data entry and basic MIS reporting.
- Respond to emails and support communication activities.
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Support managers in assigned tasks and projects.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Job requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate holder.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team workplace.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good analytical and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
