Highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our project support team in Mumbai. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of the infrastructure implementation by overseeing operations, material movement, and device deployment across all client sites.
Responsibilities:
Operations:
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including Customer, vendors, logistics providers, and IT teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Track project progress, identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Material Movement:
• Manage the procurement, inventory control, and secure transportation of all equipment and materials required for the infrastructure implementation.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of materials to all client sites.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate records and minimize stock discrepancies.
Device Deployment:
• Work with on-site personnel to prepare for device installation and ensure a smooth transition.
• Conduct post-deployment testing and verification to ensure all devices are functioning properly.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, Logistics) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in project support, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
