Role Overview

As an IT Systems Leader, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure, cloud environments, user support operations, and asset lifecycle management. You will work closely with engineering, data science,



and business teams to ensure seamless technology operations while enabling innovation through secure, reliable, and scalable systems.

From cloud administration and Microsoft 365 management to supporting next-generation AI hardware, you will play a critical role in ensuring technology remains a strategic enabler across the organization.

Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.

Cloud Operations & Optimization

Administer AWS and Azure environments, manage cloud resources, monitor usage, optimize costs, and support infrastructure requirements across teams.

IT Service Excellence

Lead end-user support operations, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive effective resolution through ITSM and ticketing platforms.
