Sr. Designer(System Drawings and Shop Drawings)- Sr. Designer should be capable of creating solution as per project requirements and site conditions. He/She should be able propose different solution for further approval. Should have good understanding of functionality of the façade elements. Should have good understanding of water and air barriers in the façade.
Key Individual Accountabilities:-
- Ownership of particular Sketch details and drawings.
- study/Understand the project's technical specifications/Architectural and Structural drawings.
- Timely Submission of System and Shop Drawing.
- Work planning and time estimation of own work.
- Design team capacity analysis and planning
- Optimized designs as per project requirement
- Creation of proper BOM for a project for correct estimation
- Understand the client’s requirement
- Meet the delivery deadlines of design work.
- Information flow
- Align organizational needs and team & individual growth

Internal:-Sales, Manufacturing,

External:- Façade client, Façade Consultants
Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge:-
- Behavioral: Work under pressure, Lead a team to deliver as per requirement
- Functional: Manage day to day work with proper planning for the entire team
- Technical:
- Education - BE/B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical or Civil engineering/Arc
- Experience - Minimum 7+ years’ experience in Façade design. Exposure in ME preferred.
Skills Required :-
- Understanding of basic principles of Façade.
- Understanding of water and air barriers in Facde System
- Handle bespoke designs of façade systems and related products like Canopy, Skylights, railings, Cladding systems etc.
- Material properties of different alloys of Aluminium & Steel
- AutoCad 2D & 3D
- 3D software
- Understanding the sequence of installation.
Valuable to have-Knowledge of hands-on experience in 3D design software
