Job Description:

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

1. Visual Design

a. Create high-quality graphics across various channels (print, digital, social media, presentations).
b. Develop design concepts based on brand guidelines, target audience, and campaign objectives.
c. Roll out template assets with minor modifications.
d. Adapt and modify existing designs in a variety of mediums – digital, packaging, print.
e. Assist in photography + video production and editing.
f. Assist in UX/UI design for websites and apps.
g. Stay up-to-date on current design trends and best practices especially within the food industry.
h. Stay up-to-date on current software programs, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

2. Team Collaboration:

a. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective
design solutions.
b. Present design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback
effectively.
c. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
d.



Proactively communicate progress and any challenges encountered to ensure smooth project flow.
e. Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in all interactions.

3. Confidentiality & Continuous Improvement:

a. Deal with sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner, ensuring confidentiality is
maintained including customer or proprietary information, trade secrets etc.
b. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the overall design process for
our team.

4. Project management:

a. Assist Creative director with project management tasks, including budgeting, timeline development
and resource allocation.
b. Prepare mock-ups and present concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
c. Manage revisions and make adjustments to designs based on feedback.
d. Maintain a record of design files and assets and adhere to given file structures.
