Description
We are seeking a skilled Java Team Lead to join our team. The Team Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing Java web-based applications, analyzing user requirements to inform application design, and creating architectural models that demonstrate the flow and functionality of applications. Our ideal candidate is proficient with Java and its ecosystems, has a deep understanding of object-oriented programming, and is familiar with various design and architectural patterns. As a Lead working on Full Stack development, you will design and develop cutting-edge web applications using the latest technologies and mentor a team of talented developers. You will oversee project delivery, ensure quality standards, and collaborate with the offshore development team. You will also communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
The day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
- Design, build, and maintain productive, reusable,



and reliable code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Architect and design high-scale, robust, and cutting-edge applications
- Guide and provide technical leadership to the software development team
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and software architecture in the Java landscape
- Design and develop both public web applications and line of business sites using the latest technologies
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, overseeing project delivery and quality standards
- Participate in coding tasks, code reviews, testing, debugging, and deploying web applications (minimum 50% hands-on coding)
