About the Role
To lead and drive HPS initiatives across production operations by leveraging proven methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM and Six Sigma.



The role is critical in embedding a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline and waste elimination across the plant. The incumbent will act as a change leader, guiding cross-functional teams towards achieving world-class manufacturing standards, with a deep alignment to work ethics, systems, and structured problem-solving techniques. This role will be instrumental in aligning Organization’s production capabilities with global automotive quality and efficiency benchmarks. In this role, you will report to the Manager, Production and Operation.

What You Will Do
- Oversee the Certification Program for Teams, ensuring up to date with the latest standards and tools.
- Leverage lean manufacturing tools and methodologies to drive continuous improvement and enhance overall performance.
