JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage day to day activities of the team
- Ensure compliance with processes and controls of the team, drive the development of methods to improve processes and/or controls to ensure that these are efficient, effective and relevant
- Lead the call with internal stakeholders
- Solid presentation and training skills
- Project-specific training is a core responsibility
- Team player and helps in creating positive team environment.
- Manage changes in work scope and provide continuous guidance and regular feedback to the team members.
Balance workload of team to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Business-oriented with a record of leadership
- Performing quality checks for relevance for high-profile clients and complex cases
- Excellent attention to detail
- Assist in creating, implementing and improving project workflows and quality control techniques
- Manage changes in work scope and provide continuous guidance and regular feedback to the team members




- Ensure jobs are completed according to client, and industry standards, and that job specifications and deadlines are met
- Strong communication
- Provide analysis and reports regarding the project documents and data.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications and Relativity
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in drafting document specific and general queries in order to obtain client/counsel’s guidance
- Ability to multitask and prioritize the tasks based upon importance and deadline
- Available to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Available by phone or email when out of the office as needed
- Create and maintain quality control trackers

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 4-6 years of Breach/Document Review project management experience required
- Minimum 1 year of team management experience
- Experience with Relativity is a must; RCA or RCU is a plus
