Description
We are seeking a skilled Team Lead to join our team. The Team Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing .net web-based applications, analyzing user requirements to inform application design, and creating architectural models that demonstrate the flow and functionality of applications. Our ideal candidate is proficient with .net, Azure Devops and its ecosystems, has a deep understanding of object-oriented programming, and is familiar with various design and architectural patterns. As a Team Lead, you will not only design and develop cutting-edge web applications using the latest technologies but also lead and mentor a team of talented developers. You will be responsible for overseeing the project’s delivery, ensuring the quality standards, and collaborating with the existing offshore development team. You will also communicate effectively with the clients and stakeholders and provide technical guidance and support as needed.

The day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:




- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
- Design, build, and maintain productive, reusable, and reliable code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Architect and design high-scale, robust, and cutting-edge applications
- Guide and provide technical leadership to the software development team
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and software architecture in the .net landscape
- The role involves designing and developing both public web applications and line of business sites using the latest technologies
- The role also involves leading and mentoring a team of developers, and overseeing the project delivery and quality standards
- As a Team Lead, you will also be involved in a minimum of 50% of the coding tasks, as well as code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment of the web applications.
