Job Summary:
The Central Operations Team Planner (Meetings & Events) as a part of M&E; Planning Central of Excellence supports the planning, operations and delivery of global Meetings & Events through a centralized, process-driven operating model.
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating and supporting the end-to-end event lifecycle - including event qualification, budget estimation, approval management, logistical planning, stakeholder management, and post-event reconciliation - ensuring utmost adherence to policy guidelines, compliance and accuracy,



financial discipline, and data integrity across Market Units.
Acting as a key operational partner, the M&E; Central Ops Planner collaborates with Market Units, local Event Planners and internal stakeholders to ensure an operationally effective approach, accurate data management and consistent alignment with processes and organizational standards. The role also plays a critical part in enhancing cross-regional visibility, governance, and reporting accuracy.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming event requests into M&E;, validate data, qualify requirements through the Policy lens and guide requestors throughout the process.
- Support venue sourcing / collaborate with P+ on the sourcing needs, focus on sustainability and maintain accurate event status at all times.
