As an Exit Signage Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of exit signage solutions within the Mumbai and Western Region. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients, as well as nurturing existing relationships to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling to generate leads and expand the customer base.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and plans to penetrate the Mumbai market and achieve sales targets.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing product demonstrations, offering solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our exit signage products, features,



and perks to effectively communicate value propositions to clients and address their inquiries.

Quoting and Proposal Creation: Prepare and present accurate quotations and proposals to clients, highlighting product specifications, pricing, and terms to secure sales agreements.

Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM software to ensure timely follow-ups and closure of deals.

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on the installation, usage, and maintenance of exit signage products, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
