Required - Foundational certifications in ServiceNow administration, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent./Implementation experience and certifications in HRSD / Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript and Jelly/Experience with ServiceNow integrations, API usage, MID Server configuration, and management/Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on ServiceNow HRSD implementations/Solid communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to various stakeholders/Extensive technical process experience in ITSM, HR Case Management, HCM, Employee Lifecycle/Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute technically to HRSD projects/Familiarity with Cloud services and their integration with ServiceNow (desired)
The Servicenow HSRD Developer plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support the organization's IT Service Management functions.

Key responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions and applications to meet business requirements and enhance IT Service Management capabilities
