Job Description

1. Receives and inspects all incoming stocks/ materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
2. Makes intra- and inter-distributor/ client deliveries of requested stocks; maintains records of all deliveries.
3. Fills supply requisitions; assists JAT to order adequate stocks; delivers orders to clients/ distributors in a timely manner.
4. Receives, stores, tags and tracks existing and surplus stocks; prepares stock lists for items to be sold at auction.
5. Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction.
6. Deals appropriately with canceled and damaged items.
7. Arranges and delivers stocks as requested.
8. Handles and documents storage and transportation of all stock/ materials.
9.



Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
10. Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts and deliveries.
11. Works in coordination with Commercials and Accounts and Finance dept.

Qualifications

Skills:
The person should be having hands on experience in storekeeping
Be a team player who can work with minimum supervision and be able to interact well with different departments.
Presentable and smart.
Meticulous, responsible and ability to multi-task.
An effective communicator with positive command over the English language.
Knowledge of MS Office, specifically be an expert in excel.

Educational Qualifications: BCom/ MCom/ Any other relevant qualification

Previous Work Experience: Entry level to mid-level associates (2-4 years)
