As an Integration Engineer, you will create, build and support global integration applications for all aspects of our commercial business, that will help to drive Recent Balance to be a Top 3 Global Athletic Brand. This will be accomplished through the development, planning and implementation of strategic and responsive technical initiatives that support consistent business growth, expand market share and strengthen brand equity and reputation.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and implement EDI, API ad MFT integrations according to business requirements and technical specifications.




- Develop custom connectors and middleware to bridge communication gaps between disparate systems.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions to facilitate seamless communication between different systems.
- Define appropriate technical specifications, including endpoints, data formats, authentication mechanisms, and error handling.
- Evaluate existing integrations for potential enhancements and optimization.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in Enterprise integrations and recommend adoption where applicable.
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand integration requirements and priorities.
- Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
