We are seeking a service engineer with 1 year of experience in UPS to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting problems, and performing repairs and maintenance on UPS systems. They will also be responsible for training clients on the use of UPS systems and maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients regarding UPS systems
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on UPS systems
- Conduct routine maintenance on UPS systems
- Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of UPS systems
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Keep up-to-date with new products and technologies related to UPS systems
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a service engineer in UPS systems
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
- Knowledge of electrical systems and principles
- Familiarity with UPS systems and related technologies
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
