3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment, with a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving organizational goals.
6. Ability to delegate effectively and drive a team.
7. Strong proficiency in Accounts Software (Tally, ERP) and MS Excel
