Job Title: Business Development Manager (B2B Sales) – Pharma Manufacturing

Location: Panchkula/Kala Amb (In office)

Territory: Pan India

Job Overview

One of our clients is looking for an aggressive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our B2B sales expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new PCD Pharma Franchise parties and marketing companies, pitching our manufacturing services (Beta/Cepha/General), and converting them into long-term manufacturing partners.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: actively identify and build a pipeline of potential PCD pharma companies and third-party marketing parties across Pan India.
- Cold Calling & Prospecting: Perform daily outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce manufacturing capabilities in Tablets, Capsules, and Dry Syrups.
- Conversion & Sales: Convince parties to shift their manufacturing to by highlighting our superior product quality, competitive pricing,



and timely delivery.
- Client Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from initial pitch and quotation negotiation to closing the deal and collecting payments.
- Market Expansion: Develop a strong network of clients in unrepresented territories and drive business growth for our Beta and Cepha ranges.
- Follow-up: Maintain rigorous follow-ups with leads to ensure high conversion rates and secure repeat orders.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Pharma B2B Sales, Third-Party Manufacturing Sales, or PCD Franchise Development.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of Tablets, Capsules, Dry Syrups, and Beta/Cepha formulations.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, confidence in cold calling, and the ability to close high-value deals over the phone.
- Language:
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
