Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Sales qualified who can drive business growth in the construction and infrastructure sector by identifying opportunities, engaging customers, and positioning CCTech’s digital transformation solutions. This role combines consultative selling, industry knowledge,



and technical solution positioning to help customers adopt modern digital workflows across engineering and construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the AEC, construction, infrastructure, and EPC sectors
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for digital transformation and engineering software solutions
- Engage with decision makers including Engineering Heads, BIM Managers, CIOs, Digital Transformation Leaders, and Project Directors
- Lead client discussions from initial discovery to solution positioning
- Support deal progression and closure with leadership and technical teams

Consultative Solution Selling
- Understand customer workflows, engineering challenges, and operational pain points
- Position CCTech offerings in areas such as:
- BIM implementation
- Engineering automation
- Construction data platforms
- Proje
