Job Description & Summary
A career in our Merger and Acquisition Tax practice, within Tax services, will provide you with the chance to help our clients meet and manage their tax obligations across unique but ever changing tax specialties. You’ll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions.
Our team helps our clients with various aspects of a merger and acquisition transactions such as restructuring, divestiture, partnerships and insolvency. You’ll focus on helping clients establish treasury goals, analyse and quantify tax assets, assess tax risks, and model taxable income and cash flow impacts.

Job Description
The tasks,
roles and responsibilities pertaining to the job role of an Analyst/ Specialist will include the following:
- Proper documentation of client records both in manual and soft copies.
- Tracking outstanding debtors, monthly WIP write-off, MIS reporting, etc.
- Assisting in preparation of paper books for tax hearings, filing documents / submission with tax office.
- Assisting in tracking pursuits, compiling and gathering information from public sources, preparing fact-sheets for pursuits.
- Working on "News Alerts" for the allotted period and ensuring regular updates on client industries and sharing the critical alerts / news on a regular basis with seniors.
Profile Requirements
- Commerce or relevant stream graduate with 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of Tax & Accounts
- Relevant tax experience during previous employment will have an added advantage
- Candidates possessing basic knowledge of Direct Tax, Corporate Tax (Income Tax
