As Regional Sales Manager, together with the state sales team ,you would be responsible for selling through architects and expanding the channel sales by appointing new dealers and distributors for pipes, tanks, and pipe fittings within your assigned state or territory. This role requires you to identify and establish relationships with potential clients, including architects, builders, and consultants, to drive sales and business growth. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain and strengthen existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Selling: Engage with architects and other key decision-makers to promote and sell our products.
- Channel Expansion: Identify and appoint current dealers and distributors to broaden our market reach.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, influencers, and consultants to facilitate business development.
- Market Research:



Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in selling Pipes and related building products.
