We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive growth by building and strengthening relationships with gynecologists and other key healthcare stakeholders. This role will focus on expanding referral networks, increasing business opportunities, and ensuring solid engagement with doctors across assigned regions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, excellent stakeholder management skills, and an established network of gynecologists. Candidates from pharma, diagnostics, healthcare services, fertility, or related industries with strong doctor relationships will be well suited for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with gynecologists and other key healthcare stakeholders.
- Leverage an existing gynecologist network to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular meetings, calls, and field visits with doctors to strengthen engagement.
- Develop and manage referral relationships to support business growth.
- Identify potential doctors, healthcare professionals, and referral partners across assigned markets.
- Understand stakeholder needs and communicate relevant services and value propositions effectively.
- Maintain consistent engagement and follow-up with doctors to build long-term relationships.
- Work closely with RSMs, BDs, and other regional teams to execute business development initiatives.
- Maintain rigorous tracking of doctor calls, meetings, visits, referrals, and business outcomes.
- Maintain an accurate business development pipeline and provide regular activity and performance updates.
