About The Role
Sun Infotech IT Services is looking for a “Website Developer” to work for its own website development as well
different other projects as and when deem suitable by employer – essentially a multitasker champion. This is
a L1 role which means we are hiring fresh graduates of 2018 or with an experience of no more than 1 year.
About The Responsibilities
We are predominantly looking for
➢ Write well designed, testable, effective code by using best software development practices
➢ Create custom website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS/ Java/ WordPress practices
➢ Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
➢ Understand and integrate various links to and from the website
➢ Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
➢ Create and maintain software documentation as well as iteration ledger
➢ Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling the website
➢ Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities




➢ Cooperate with technical writers and other Teams to match intent and content of the website
➢ Figuring out bugs and fixing them as per SLA
➢ Continuous research upon integration of various plugins, new technologies and APIs to enhance the
website
➢ Monitoring and improving both front end and back end infrastructure for enhanced use experience
➢ Documentation of all application changes and getting them approved to knowledge base
About The Skills
➢ A strong understanding of Java, HTML, CSS, PHP, ASP.NET, Ruby on rails, MySQL, etc.
➢ A strong knowledge of WordPress, WPRest API, WPCLI, JQuery, PHPUnit and React
➢ Affluent in English communication (both speaking and writing)
➢ Knowledge of docker and VVV
➢ Knowledge of page builders like Elementor, Divi etc.
➢ Knowledge of working with high traffic websites
➢ Experience with network diagnostic tools for web development
➢ Fair knowledge of SEO and PPC
