Job Description:
- Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment, HVAC systems, water systems, and utility machinery.
- Ensure minimal downtime and smooth functioning of production lines.
- Maintain and update maintenance records as per GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams for maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Handle calibration of instruments and validation of critical equipment.
- Supervise maintenance staff and allocate tasks effectively.
- Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with vendors for repair and procurement.
