We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Training & Placement (TPO) and Corporate Relations who can build strategic industry partnerships, strengthen employer engagement, and drive successful campus placements for management students.

Key Responsibilities
Campus Placement Management
- Lead and manage the complete campus placement process for MBA and management students.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, group discussions, and final placements.
- Develop placement strategies to improve placement ratios and student career outcomes.
- Maintain placement records, recruiter databases, and placement MIS reports.
Corporate Relations & Industry Outreach
- Develop strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Teams, Corporate Leaders, and Industry Partners.
- Identify and onboard new recruiters across diverse industries.
- Conduct regular corporate visits and networking meetings to expand placement opportunities.
- Build long-term partnerships with companies for internships and final placements.
Internship & Corporate Engagement
- Arrange summer internships and live industry projects for students.
