Description
The Relationship Manager-Banca will play a crucial role in our Bancassurance department, acting as a key liaison between the bank and our company. This role requires daily branch visits and a strong focus on relationship-building. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of GI Banca experience and be a local candidate from Siliguri, with a two-wheeler for easy mobility.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with bank members and customers, ensuring a positive and professional image of the company.
- Visit bank branches daily to meet with customers, understand their needs, and promote GI Banca products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Bancassurance team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on GI Banca products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.




- Build a network of contacts within the banking sector to expand our reach and potential customer base.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members on relationship management and customer engagement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in GI Banca or a related field.
- Local candidate from Siliguri, with a strong understanding of the local market and customer base.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload, prioritizing tasks effectively.
