We are seeking a bright and curious intern or executive to join our Facebook Ads team This

is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the entire Facebook Ads

lifecycle, from campaign creation and audience targeting to data analysis and optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and management of Facebook Ads campaigns for various clients or internal initiatives.

• Conduct research to identify target audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviours.

• Craft compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience.

• Help with A/B testing different ad variations to optimize performance.

• Monitor campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest Facebook Ads features and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a marketing, advertising, communications, or related program (or recent graduate).

• Robust understanding of social media marketing concepts.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and a passion for learning.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
