- Efficient management of the School Mess, which caters breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for up to 300 students and teachers.
- Managing a team of 10, ensuring a smooth and effective service delivery.
- Efficient management of functions, hospitality and events for up to 500 members.
- Ensuring that we deliver high quality service to the mess members
- Control and monitor the financial performance of the Mess and to maintain costs within pre-budgeted targets.
- Ensure all food is prepared to a high standard, School policy and current legislation.
- Establish and maintain satisfactory relationships with individuals at all levels within the School and the Vendors
- Implement and maintain the Statutory and Company standards of hygiene, health and safety and take any action as is necessary.
