Operations Specialist - Remote (WFH)

Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day operations.
- Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Identifying ways to improve customer experiences.
- Overseeing the operations team and assigning tasks.
- Maintaining policy and procedure documents.




- Train recent hires as necessary and ensure policies and procedures are followed
- Keep up to date with the current market trends and industry forecasts
- Coordinates with different departments to achieve optimal work production across the board
- Interacting with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues.
- Tracking and reporting on operational performance.

Skills and Qualifications :
- Min 5 years relevant Operations experience. Experience in eCommerce, retail or learning industry preferred
- Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including customer service, production, and employee management
- should be able to understand work flow of the system and business
- Proven experience in working in business operations or sales operations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an eye to details
- Good social and presentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
