Job Title: Sr Manager - Taxation
Location: Bangalore (Corporate Office)
Education: CA Qualified
Desired Candidate :
- Chartered accountant with minimum post-qualification experience of 3 to 4 years.
- Must have handled authorities in Direct or Indirect Taxation matters
- Preferable from NBFC/ Housing Finance industry.
- Working experience in preparing financial statements & Schedules.
- Dealing with statutory & Internal auditors
- Knowledge of GST and Income Tax provisions ( TDS etc.)
Responsibilities :
- Handling all the Direct and Indirect Taxation matters of the Organisation.
- Ensure tax compliance in the organization from time to time including Direct and Indirect tax.
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax returns, TDS /TCS returns, and other forms under Income
- Tax Act as applicable from time to time
- Preparation and Coordination for finalising Income Tax Audit and other audit reports under the Income-tax Act.
- Following up and coordinating with Consultants and Advocates for preparation and presentation of Appeals at ITAT and High Court and Preparation of Paper books.
- Compliance on various international tax matters of the Group, regarding foreign remittances and TDS thereon, filing of Form 15CA and other issues.
- Calculations and payment of Advance Tax, Self Assessment Tax and other tax payments.
- Preparation and filing of various GST Returns as applicable and preparation and coordination for GST Audit.
