Job Summary: As an IT Faculty for BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) Courses, your primary responsibility is to provide high-quality education in computer science, ensuring students gain a comprehensive understanding of key concepts. This role involves designing and delivering course content, conducting practical sessions, assessing student performance, and staying updated with industry developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:
- Design and update course materials in accordance with the BCA curriculum.
- Incorporate current industry trends and technologies into the coursework.

Teaching and Instruction:
- Deliver engaging lectures on various IT subjects relevant to the BCA program.
- Conduct practical sessions to reinforce theoretical concepts.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to students on academic and career-related matters.

Assessment and Feedback:
- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress.




- Provide timely and constructive feedback to support student learning.

Research and Professional Development:
- Stay abreast of advancements in the IT field and integrate relevant updates into the curriculum.
- Engage in continuous career development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Student Support:-
- Provide academic advising to students, assisting with course selection and career planning.
- Offer additional support to students facing challenges in coursework

Collaboration:
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to enhance the overall quality of the BCA program.
- Foster relationships with industry professionals to bring real-world perspectives into the classroom.

Administrative Duties:
- Complete administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, grading, and reporting.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to program improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
- BE/B. Tech with UGC-NET, UGC-JRF OR M. T
