Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across digital channels (search, social media, display, etc.) to achieve enrolment and engagement targets.
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads) to maximise ROI.
- Analyse campaign performance using data analytics and metrics to inform strategy and budget allocation.




- Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, website, call centre) to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify trends, target segments, and growth opportunities.
- Generate reports and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring professional development and campaign efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to identify new growth opportunities.

Educational Qualifications
- Full-time MBA in Marketing or equivalent, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media tools).
- Robust knowledge of SEM, SEO, attribution models, and performance analytics.

Professional Certifications
