Job Title: C++ Tech Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a experienced C++ Tech Lead with 8+ years of skilled software development experience and Hands on in the Qt framework. In this role, you will lead and oversee software development projects, providing technical direction and hands-on contributions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing C++/Qt-based solutions, mentoring a team of developers, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable software.




Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of C++ developers, driving excellence in coding standards and software quality.
- Provide architectural and design guidance, making critical technical decisions throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
- Review code and provide feedback to ensure compliance with best practices and performance benchmarks.

2. Software Development
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications in C++ and Qt, aligned with project requirements.
- Debug, optimize, and enhance existing solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
