ABOUT THE ROLE

Role Description:

The Sr. Associate Systems Analyst – Clinical Data Hub will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, documenting functional and technical specifications, and supporting the development, deployment, and maintenance of large scale clinical data and analytics solutions that meet business needs while ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of critical systems and applications. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions,



develop and support data pipelines, automate operational processes, monitor system health, and troubleshooting production issues.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Capture the voice of the customer to define business processes and product needs
- Work with Product Managers and customers to define scope and value for new developments
- Maintain and ensure the quality of documented user stories/requirements in tools such as Jira
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration solutions leveraging Databricks, PySpark, and SQL to ingest, transform, and process large-scale datasets
- Develop and execute effective product demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and change
- Ensure Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done are well-defined
