4 - 8 Years of extensive hands on experience on:
1. Core Java – Fundamentals, Multi-threading
2. Web / Web Services – Spring stack, REST, SOAP
3. Good exposure to Spring stack
4. Good ORM tool experience – Hibernate, Mybatis
5. Any JavaScript and front end toolkit experience
6. Basic SQL experience
7.



Any RAD tool experience or understanding – Spring Roo Groovy/Grails, PLAY framework on JVM etc..
8. A firm grasp of object oriented analysis and design
9. Nice to have Working knowledge of oracle or MySQL databases
