Working Hours
5–6 fixed working hours/day.
However, You'll need to be available/present for 10–12 hours (including breaks) — think of it as being part of their daily rhythm, not just a classroom slot
Eligibility
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- Preferred: M.Tech
- Also accepted: MCA or M.Sc (Computer Science) — candidates in this category should be willing to register for UGC NET
- Strong technical foundation (coding, systems, or applied research)
- A genuine interest in teaching, mentoring, and problem-solving
- Empathy and patience to work with students from diverse backgrounds
- Comfortable with a residential, on-campus lifestyle
