?️ Key Responsibilities

Manage and administer Windows Server (2012–2022) environments

Handle Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP

Manage user access, permissions, and identity services

Support and maintain virtual environments (VMware / Hyper-V)

Perform server patching, upgrades, and security hardening
-
Monitor system health and troubleshoot infrastructure issues

Work on Azure (IaaS) and hybrid infrastructure setups

Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell
-
Ensure system availability, backup, and disaster recovery readiness
? Required Skills

Robust hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration

Good expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO

Experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization

Exposure to Microsoft Azure (IaaS / Hybrid environment)

Knowledge of security practices, patching, and system hardening

Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
