Your Tasks

Overall Obligation:

The BA training Officer is responsible for the management of the BA channel in the assigned territory at NIVEA India. He/she is responsible for hiring, training and grooming of the Beauty Advisors to ensure maximum productivity from the channel.



He/She is also responsible for planning and contributing to the BA outlet growth in the region.

Detailed Responsibilities (non-conclusive):

1) BA staffing: Recruitment and retention of of Beauty advisors for the key accounts, BA outlets in the region.

2) Training: Training the BA channel and key accounts on skincare, brand, productfeatures, WOW factors, selling skills to ensure BA s are well equipped to drive sales through the outlets.

3) Reporting: Obtaining Daily reporting from the BA supervisors and reporting the same to HO. Generating monthly MISs for the region.

4) BA Management: Conducting monthly meetings with BA to ensure target rollouts, review of sales, updates on new launches, etc. Conducting regular market visits to the BA outlets and undertaking on-the-job training, ensuring discipline in reporting and sales updation by the Beauty Advisors. Ensuring appropriate salary payouts to Beauty Advisors on a month
