Job Summary: The Billing Data Specialist will manage high-volume daily tasks supporting the project closure automation and billing directive tools. This includes processing billing data, addressing billing mailbox requests, and ensuring accurate and efficient execution of tasks critical to revenue recognition. The role also involves collaboration with the Billing Data Supervisor to enhance tool automation and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Daily Billing Tasks (70%): o Process project closure and billing directive tool data. o Address failed project actions and update billing details (e.g., project hierarchies, billing schedules, and bill-to-customer changes). o Monitor and action shared billing mailbox items. • Tool Enhancements (10%):



o Collaborate with the Billing Data Supervisor to refine tools and improve automation processes. • Other Billing Tasks (20%): o Perform additional billing-related tasks as assigned. o WORKDAY Toll usage is added advantage. Qualifications: • Education: Graduate (Required) • Skills: o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Required) o Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills (Required) o Ability to interpret detailed process documents (Required) o Workday billing experience (Preferred) • Experience: Relevant billing or data management experience (Required)
