Job Description:

Title: QC Executive
Reporting to: Head QA

Location Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Working Pattern - 5 Days

Responsible for: Quality control oversees of all aspects of an organization’s quality Control function. Ensures product meet corporate standards as well as all applicable government regulations.
Supervises: Individual contributor
Workplace Health Safety: All Managers and Supervisors are accountable and responsible for the implementation of the MP Biomedicals Workplace Health and Safety Policy and any procedures developed to aid its intent.

Accountable For:
- Testing of raw material, in-process samples, finished product
- Ensure that testing is completed according to established Methods, Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), and Positive Laboratory Practices (GLP).




- To complete analytical test report as per method of analysis & prepare CoA
- Responsible for minor equipment troubleshooting and repair.
- Perform daily & scheduled calibrations of instruments
- Establish specifications for raw materials, in process materials & finished products, writing standard operating procedures for Quality control.
- Perform method & support process validation as per the requirement
- Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
- To complete training needs as per the role & organization requirement
