Job Description:
- Overall achieve sales target for the allotted region
- Maintain growth in existing business and generate current business from existing customers
- Recent customer acquisition and bring new products for development
- Close involvement with the R&D; team for new product development
- Negotiation, planning, and coordination with internal departments for smooth execution
- Conduct periodic customer visits and ensure timely collection of payments
- Monitor customer portfolios and maintain relationships through continuous communication
- Prepare monthly MIS, conduct sales meetings, and report preparation
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and conclaves
Candidate will be responsible for Distribution transformers and Oil cooled CTPT and will be handling neighboring states.
