As a Layout Designer (2+ years of experience in layout)
- You must have the ability to understand design constraints and implement high-quality layouts.
- You must have experience of using Cadence VXL.
- You must have strong debug and problem-solving skills for LVS, DRC & Layout issues.
- You must have hands-on experience in creating layouts of blocks such as Temperature sensor, PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, Bandgap, Ref Generators, Charge Pump, Current Mirrors, Comparator, Differential Amplifier etc.
- You must have good understanding of Analog Layout fundamentals such as Matching, Electro-migration, Latch-up, coupling, crosstalk, IR-drop, active and passive parasitic devices etc.
- You must have good understanding of layout effects on the circuit such as Speed, Capacitance, Power,



and Area etc.
- You must demonstrate a high level of technical competence.
- You must be willing to learn and understand design rules and deliver quality layout.
- You must have strong skills in layout and floor planning skills and manual routing
- You must execute secondary layout tasks such as ECO, LCO and DFM.
- You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You must be capable of working in a cross-functional, multi-site team setting.
