ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Eligibility Criteria:

2.Robust knowledge in HIM Coding




3.Excellent in verbal and written communication.
4.Open for new learning
5.Must have handled fresher & certification training
6.Specialty knowledge in surgery & certification training
7..Specialty knowledge in Denials & certification training
8..Must be certified from AAPC/AHIMA.
9.Additional certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and access the training needs of the organization Develop individual and group training programs for the associates that address specific operation needs Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
