Primary Job Title: Project Management Intern

Role & Responsibilities
- Support project managers in planning and executing project workstreams—create and maintain project schedules, Gantt views, and milestone trackers.
- Own task tracking and status updates: log progress, prepare weekly status reports, and maintain dashboards for stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and on-site activities—schedule meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on action items to closure.
- Maintain and update project documentation including risk & issue logs, change requests, and knowledge artifacts.
- Use project tools (Jira / Asana / Trello) to create tasks, assign owners, monitor SLAs, and escalate blockers promptly.




- Perform ad-hoc analysis in Excel and prepare concise slide decks for project reviews and leadership updates.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (Business, Engineering, Management, or related)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for analysis and reporting
- Hands-on experience with task/project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello)
- Ability to work in office in India full-time and handle administrative coordination tasks reliably

Preferred
- Prior internship or coursework in project coordination, PMO, or operations support
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Power BI, or basic Agile/Scrum concepts
